Rebranding Student Support at Cardiff University
A bold new identity that helps students find the support they need, when and where they need it.
The Challenge
Cardiff University wanted to refresh its Student Support brand to better engage with today’s student population. The existing identity lacked visibility, consistency, and emotional connection — making it harder for students to recognise and access the help available to them.
Our Approach
We began with research: speaking to students, mapping journeys, and identifying what worked — and what didn’t. From this insight, we created a clear, welcoming, and highly visible brand identity tailored specifically for student audiences.
The new design language was rolled out across digital platforms, printed collateral, signage, and physical campus environments — all with a focus on clarity, consistency, and appeal.
